Program Specifics

• The 20/20 Institute LASIK Benefit Program is provided at no cost to your company.
• Employees and their family members will receive a special reduced fee schedule should they choose to have their procedure at 20/20 Institute.
• We will provide benefit cards that will identify employees as a member of the program.

Once you have made the decision to enroll in our LASIK Benefit Program, we will work with you to determine the best method to inform your staff of the new benefit you have provided for them.
