From the moment you arrive you will notice this is no doctor’s office. 20/20 Institute has designed an experience around you the patient. Our premium service starts with a warm smile and a hot cup of Starbucks coffee. But don’t get too comfortable because you won’t be spending a lot of time in the waiting room. You’ll be greeted by your personal Vision Counselor who will guide you through your entire LASIK experience. Your Vision Counselor will be your advocate and ensure you’re comfortable that you have all the information you need to make a life changing decision. At our south office you will meet with one of our Doctors of Optometry who will determine the best laser vision surgery option for you based on your candidacy. Your Vision Counselor will answer any questions you may have along with reviewing fees and financing options. You will return to the same 20/20 Institute South office for your laser vision surgery on the Friday that your surgery is scheduled. That’s right, all of our surgeries are scheduled for Fridays allowing you the weekend to recover before returning to work or play the following week. The day of your surgery you will meet the Ophthalmologist performing your procedure for a pre-operative consultation where you will get any last minute questions answered. 20/20 Institute LASIK only takes a few minutes and your entire surgery day visit only lasts about an hour. The Saturday after your surgery you will return to the same location for a post-operative check up with our Doctor of Optometry and your Vision Counselor.
